Sounds silly, right? But imagine eating processed food every meal. How much better does your body feel when you add in even a little healthy, fresh fare? A lot better.
Your dog is no different. Changing just 10% of your dogs food to targeted, fresh foods specific for them can be life changing.
Have questions about whether our topper is right for your dog? No problem. Shoot us an e-mail at info@dantesdelights.org
I've loved natural foods for dogs long before it was a hot topic. When it wasn't common place for whole foods for dogs to be sold in boutiques, and I was firmly told that kibble was the best bet. Times have changed, but we are still not where we need to be. Over the last thirteen years working in behavior modification, rescue work, and through my own myriad foster and personal dogs, I've got plenty of knowledge to offer. Some common issues that can be greatly aided via diet include (but are not limited to) allergies, gut issues such as loose stools or bile vomiting, skin and coat issues such as hot spots, and even behavior problems such as anxiety or fear (seriously, gut health is cool).

*As a clear disclaimer: No nutrition consult can replace veterinary care! If your dog has an active problem, consult your vet - ideally, an integrative veterinarian if doing so is within budget. Nutrition consults are supplemental to veterinary care. Just like for humans, eating a healthy and balanced diet can help address chronic health issues, but does not in itself cure diesease. If your dog has an active issue, seek medical help first and foremost.
Small changes can make a world of difference. That's why we are offering a simple solution to common ailments. Our topper addresses building a healthy gut microbiome, offering highly bioavailable protein and taurine, and offering something highly palatable that your dog will love. All of our toppers are human grade, and made with the same love and care we put in to our own dogs meals.
This topper is currently available for purchase in the Atlanta Metro area for delivery, or pickup in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Pork liver, pork heart, sardines, carrots, broccoli, celery, blueberries, turkey tail mushroom extract, turmeric, chia seeds, coconut oil.
All 100% human grade. All gently cooked, and made with 100% love & care. Not a complete and balanced food - to be fed supplementally or as a treat only.
Pork liver & heart: Liver & heart are ingredients high in ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid). ALA is a potent antioxidant and helps with energy production in the body. These meat based items are also rich in taurine - an amino acid that helps the heart beat and is protective against developing DCM (common for dogs eating grain-free foods to develop - grain is an antinutrient of taurine). We chose pork as a protein base as it is an uncommon allergen for dogs, and is highly palatable.
Sardines: Sardines are rich in Omega 3's, which our dogs rarely get enough of in their diets. Omega 3's work to signal the body to reduce inflammation which can aid in management of many disease processes including allergic responses, skin and coat health, and pain management.
Carrots, Broccoli, & Celery: These three vegetables are powerhouses to reduce the carcinogenic effects of mycotoxins. This is critical if your dog eats any processed food such as kibble or dry treats. Mycotoxins are present in dried foods, and can cause myriad issues in your pets body. Reducing the harm they cause can directly impact longevity and quality of life.
Blueberries: We add blueberries after cooking for best effect. These prebiotic fiber punches of flavor help aid in building gut health for your pup, as well as offering a different variety of antioxidant to the mix.
Turmeric & Coconut Oil: Turmeric is a traditional Indian spice with a light, peppery flavor. It works symbiotically with coconut oil (a great medium chain fatty acid in its own right!) to reduce inflammation in your pets body, and reduces damage from mycotoxins from processed pet food.
Turkey Tail Mushroom: Turkey Tail is a well known, all around healthy mushroom for your pet. It is best known as an anti-cancer medicinal mushroom, but it also has excellent effects on gut health, as well as containing plentiful glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant that is perhaps best found in mushrooms.
Chia Seeds: These seeds were once so valued by Incan culture, they were literally used as currency. These tiny seeds contain lots of healthy fats, an impressive amount of fiber, and quercetin which is great for boosting immune health and reducing allergic response.
General Health
Our products all contain whole, human grade foods. Dog foods typically allow for the three 'd's' - dead, diseased, and dying¹. Gross. Your dogs are family here - and we only feed family the best.
Skin & Coat
Want to bring out the shine in your dogs coat, lessen instances of hot spots, and reduce flaky skin? This topper includes healthy omega 3's. These healthy fats are proven to lessen instances of dermatological disease².
Gut Health & Allergies
Did you know that poor gut health can contribute to chronic allergies in dogs? 70-80% of immune cells live in your dogs gut. Giving your dog prebiotic fiber and digestible fare can reduce allergic response³.
Senior Vitality
Senior dogs in particular can benefit from an easy to digest, healthy boost to their diets. We utilize vegetables known to reduce carcinogenic effects of mycotoxins present in kibbles, and anti-inflammatory omega 3's to help aging joints.
